Who we are

What we collect and why
When you place an order on this website, you give us:
- Your name and phone number, to confirm the order and reach you.
- Your delivery address and, if you choose, your browser location, to bring you the order.
- Day, time, payment method and notes (for example, allergies), to prepare and charge your order.
These details are not stored on our servers. When you tap “Send on WhatsApp”, the website writes a message with your order and opens it in WhatsApp; it only reaches us if you send it. From then on, the message is also subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) terms.
What is stored on your device
- Your cart, so you don’t lose it if you close the page.
- Your contact details (name, phone, address, service type and payment), only if you tick “Remember my details on this device”.
- Where your visit came from (campaign parameters such as utm, gclid or fbclid), for up to 90 days, so we know which ads work.
Everything is kept in your browser’s local storage. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings, or untick “Remember my details” on your next order.
Measurement and advertising
When enabled, we use these tools to measure visits and orders and to show ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing):
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google LLC). To measure conversions, Google may receive your phone number in hashed form (“enhanced conversions”).
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms), for Facebook and Instagram.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage is off by default (Google Consent Mode).
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. It is only shared with the services listed above (WhatsApp, Google and Meta) and, for delivery orders, with the person who brings your order.
How long we keep it
We keep order messages for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Data stored on your device stays there until you delete it; the visit source expires after 90 days.
Your rights
Under Dominican Law 172-13 you can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data. If you live in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also gives you the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your data protection authority.
